Legislative Update 2021

The pandemic has put off most of the firm's in-person presentations and updates, which we usually post on our blog. This year, however, we were able to present a legislative update covering developments for 2021 on a range of topics such as COVID-related legislation, additional leaves and expansion of CFRA to small employers, independent contractor refinements, wage-and-hour changes, and various other areas.
